How it works

We start with you
Before anything else, you complete a gentle intake and meet your trauma-informed facilitator one-to-one. Together you build a pacing plan shaped entirely around where you are and what you need so the whole course fits you, not the other way around.

Walk it, never alone
Move through all 8 modules at your own pace, held the whole way: a private survivor community, weekly live group calls, and priority support mean there's always someone beside you, plus two more private 1:1 sessions to deepen and steady the work as you go.

Carry it forward
Your final session consolidates how far you've come and builds a sustainable daily practice, so you leave with a steady relationship with yourself and, if you choose it, optional coaching around rebuilding closeness with a partner.
